Тирамису ❤️ наверное, один из самых популярных десертов, и это совсем неудивительно ☺️ нежный сливочный крем на основе маскарпоне и сливок, печенье савоярди, пропитанное в кофе с ликёром Baileys, под облачком лучшего французского какао Extra Brut от 😍 очень давно не готовила тирамису, и в этот раз планирую сделать к 23 февраля, уж очень популярен этот десерт среди мужчин 😉 немного изменила рецепт, и крем будет без использования сырых яиц (знаю, что многих этот момент смущает). Ещё есть несколько свободных наборов (3 шт/650₽), которые можно забронировать по удобной ссылке в описании моего профиля 😊

I’ve only recently started messing with pastries and desserts since I didn’t focus on them too much back at I chose the savory route instead and have been stuck to it since. When you really get a grip on ratios, time, temperatures and practice the motions then jumping back and forth between the two worlds can almost become seamless. Oh choux pastry how I love thee 😍. I felt like I needed to try these one more time to really nail them, and I’m happy to say that they worked and it really is all about the baking time and needing to make sure they’re all dried out so they don’t go flat! I also feel like my creme patissiere and salted caramel are spot on now, so it’s time to move on (and do more pastry eating 🙄).
