🍑🍑BOOTY & LEGS!!!!!! These are harder than they look. Really focus on the squeeze, so not super fast. 15 split squats each leg 12 to 15 hamstring curls (pull your up as you drag your heels in) 30 sec Booty squeeze up and down 30 sec cheek to cheek booty squeezes 20 butterfly booty pulses (these are hard but GREAT! Lay on your belly, let your knees go out and feet together for a butterfly stretch. Now lift your quads up off the ground and hold now perform little pulses🔥🔥🔥) .REPEAT a total of 4xs!!! .Tag a friend and get them to join in on this FUN or TORTURE (whichever way you look at it😜) with you! No Excuses, these can be done anywhere, put the kids to bed and squeeze away! . . . lifestyle

Rien ne sert de courir, il faut partir à point ! . Ne vous dites pas que seul un changement radical des habitudes au quotidien vous fera changer, le risque ? lâcher au bout d’un mois et ruiner tout vos efforts... Chaque changement ( pour bouger ou manger mieux) est bon à prendre aussi petit soit il 👍🏼 Comme: - diminuer les sodas - intégrer des légumes à chaque repas - marcher 30 min par jour - opter pour les escaliers - en finir avec le grignotage - ne pas se resservir de 2 eme assiette - faire 2 séances de sport par semaine Etc. . Allez y par étape et ce qui vous parait dur deviendra vos nouvelles habitudes de vie 💪🏼 . Certes il faut de la motivation et de la volonté mais aucun chemin n’est jamais facile, vous verrez qu’à force de persévérance on peut tout réussir ✨ . { ça faisait longtemps que je vous avais pas montré ma tronche 😜} . The timing of your nutrition isn’t quite as important as getting the nutrition for the day. However, the timing of your meals can help slightly in aiding your performance in the gym. 💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️ - There are two main things that you really want to hit before your work out, usually with in 1 to 2 hours before. The first being protein and the second being carbohydrates. Bees to macro nutrients will help fuel your work out and give you the energy needed to push out some extra reps or weight.🍗🍚🥔 - The reason you want to avoid fat before a workout is because fat slows digestion and absorption of nutrients. So if you consume protein and carbohydrates before hand and also have fat then those two nutrients won’t have time to absorb and benefit you during your workout.🍩🎂🍪 - These are just guidelines and really depend on individual goals and circumstances, but they are good starting points. I LOVE group classes but sometimes life just gets in the way, no matter how hard you plan. So I’ve decided to use Kayla Itsines Sweat App for those days when getting to the gym just isn’t going to happen. What I love about her app is she breaks down her program by LISS, HIIT, Reistance training and a challenge day. I get to decide what type of workout I can fit in that day, as long as I complete all of the components by the end of the week. Bonus- I get to check off when I’ve completed a component so it can track my progress! If you know me, you know I find checking things off a list incredibly gratifying!
