I love prepping a few jars of overnight oats all at once. Then when I come back from my morning CycleBar class (always hangry ๐Ÿ˜ณ) I can just reach in the fridge, add some fruit toppings, and BOOM. Breakfast is served ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป . . . Super simple recipe: ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ 1/3 cup whole oats + 1 tbsp chia seeds + 2-3 tbsp yogurt + cinnamon + 2/3 cup almond milk. Add everything to a jar, then shake it up and let it sit in the fridge overnight! ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ
